Instructions on cancellation

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Etienne Aigner AG, Zielstattstraße 27, 81379 München, Deutschland, [email protected], Phone: 089-76993-322, Fax: 089-7607785) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to personalized products. Personalized straps are not returnable.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you the payment received from you, without the costs of delivery and without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to ITG GmbH, Retouren Etienne AIGNER, LCII / Tor 1, Eichenstraße 11, 85445 Schwaig, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

Derogating return cost rules for Germany

We will bear the cost of returning the goods, if the return takes place within Germany.

Return shipping labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return shipping labels. Please use the DHL label you can find in your parcel. In case that you didn’t get a label then please get in touch with us. You can hand in the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider.

The customer has to bear the return shipping costs from abroad.

If you would like to return your parcel from a non-EU Country (Switzerland or UK) please get in touch with us at first. In this case, please print out the invoice of your order three times and attach it clearly visible to the outside of your package, marking the documents with a big note like "return of goods".

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. As soon as we receive your return you will get your money back. The refund is credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. non- prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer or are clearly personalized.
