In principle, the legal cancellation policy also applies here. The provisions mentioned below do not constitute a mandatory requirement for effectively exercising the cancellation right.

AIGNER delivers the goods within Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Italy, France, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Lithuania, Estonia and Finland.

For deliveries to United Kingdom with DHL Express, the shipping costs for the recipient are €27.00 and AIGNER delivers the goods with the customs fees already paid. Please note that the minimum order value for orders from United Kingdom has to be €180.00.

AIGNER will identify you as a client via the billing address. Therefore, it is important that you always provide us with your personal address.

You have the option to have the goods sent to a different address. In this case, please indicate the optional address in the corresponding field. This optional address will only be used for delivery and not for marketing purposes. Within Germany, you have the option to have the orders sent to a DHL packing station. Delivery type: DHL and DHL-Express. Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday, excludes bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day.
